100% Nebbiolo from a range of vineyards within the Barbaresco DOCG region. The grapes were crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks, spending 24 days on the skin at 28° to extract maximum flavour. The wine aged in large oak casks and bottled in 2022. A medium body wine with bright red fruit and spicy flavours and an elegant tannic finish.
