Terms & Conditions for Pop-up Restaurant & Event Tickets

Due to the size of our shop and tasting rooms this is a strictly limited event so book early to avoid disappointment. If you are part of a larger group paying separately please can you give us the names of the other guests so we can ensure you are seated together. 

All dietary requirements where possible can be catered for if confirmed with advance notice. Please communicate any dietary requests at least 48 hours in advance. If you fail to mention a dietary concern, we will do our best to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee this.

Our matched wine pairings will consist of 100ml glasses for each of the wine served. If you wished to enjoy further wine on the evening this can be purchased from our shelves/fridges. 

Tickets to an Event at The Vineking, require prepayment to secure your booking.

If you have to cancel your table with 14+ days notice we will refund your payment in full.

If cancellation is between 7-14  days before the event, you will be entitled to a 50% refund or we will offer to reschedule you to another date if possible.

In the event that we can resell the places booked, there will be a 100% refund. However, we offer no refund payment if there is less than 7 days notice of cancellation unless we can resell the places booked.

Our Pop-Up Restaurant Events start at 7.30pm and the first course will be served at 7.45pm.  Our Tasting Events start at 7.30pm.

Amendments to Terms - The Vineking Wine Bar & Tasting Rooms reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always apply to your booking.
