2012 Thomas Goss, Maclaren Vale, Cabernet Sauvignon
One of the original McLaren Vale pioneers, Thomas Goss (1810-1890), his wife Mary Ann (1813-1891) and their children arrived in South Australia from Devonshire in 1849. After success in the Victorian gold fields, Goss established an iconic farming property, 'Ingleburne' in McLaren Vale, which is now home to some of the region's leading vineyards.

Various vineyard parcels were vinified separately, fermented, pressed and matured in French oak for approximately 16 months prior to blending and bottling.
This wine displays the trademark Cabernet Sauvignon characters; rich and generously loaded with dark berry fruit, cassis and spicy oak on the palate, the finish is long lasting, delicious, dense and fruit-packed. This wine will compliment a wide variety of meal choices, especially red meat or pasta dishes.

2016 Chateau Saint Roch, Limoux Chardonnay
Oak ageing along with other Burgundian practices such as malolactic fermentation and lees ageing add a lovely texture and savoury complexity to this fantastic wine. Appley fruit on the nose is dusted with an oak spice. The palate is soft and textured, yet vibrant and fresh. Clean notes of apple and citrus with a toasty complexity. Drinking now but will continue to evolve, fleshing out a little more with the oak spice bringing a more toasty nuance. Drink now until 2021. Enjoy with dishes with creamy sauces. 

2012 Chateau Belles Eaux, Les Coteaux, Languedoc
This is a Syrah dominated blend from the Languedoc. Dark purple colour. Youthful and spicy nose, black pepper, meaty notes, smoke and dark berries with some new oak and vanilla. Rather full palate, still youthful with spicy dark fruit, blackberry and cherry with some garrigue notes, well balanced freshness and young but ripe tannin. Still needing some time but good material for ageing
