2021 Premium Fincas La Viña de Sofia Albariño

The La Viña de Sofia Albariño is fermented under controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks to maintain the freshness of the fruit. The wine is then aged for a minimum of 3 months aging in stainless steel tanks, with a weekly bâtonnage stirring to maintain the lees suspended during aging, adding texture and body to the wine.

The wine has aromas of green apple, pear, fragrant white flowers, peach and lemon peel. Balanced by zippy acidity this albarino is mineral, fresh and bright.
