Olbieta reflects the characteristics and essence of Mediterranean wines. Vines are situated at high elevation and not far from the Mediterranean coast. The influence of the vineyard soil (slate) and the Mediterranean climate create a true expression of terroir combined with fruits and mountain flowers. Aged in French oak for three months.
Aromas of violets, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, rosemary and thyme.
