A sophisticated Grand Cru Champagne from the boutique grower-producer Petit & Bajan, Ambroise is crafted from 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir sourced exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards in Avize, Cramant, Oger and Verzenay. The result is a Champagne of finesse, purity and remarkable precision.
Tasting Notes
Elegant and expressive, with aromas of green apple, citrus, brioche and toasted almond. The palate is creamy yet vibrant, showing notes of lemon curd, pastry, orchard fruits and chalky minerality, finishing long, saline and refreshing.
