2021 Mountford Estate Liaison Riesling

Mountford Estate is a boutique winery nestled into the hillside of Waipara Valley in North Canterbury. They create wines of character and quality through a policy of watchful, non-interventionist winemaking. A combination of new and traditional techniques and technology are used.

This riesling has some residual sugar making it off-dry - perfect for spicy food and Asian cuisine. Flavours of citrus zest and fresh limes, enveloped in a medium bodied wine with a lingering finish.
