La Cave de Gan Jurancon is a co-operative of winemakers across the Jurancon region with over 900 hectares of vineyards between them. The grape variety used in Le Veritable, Gros Manseng, is typical of the Jurancon region and are planted on slopes situated in the region of Bearn between the Pyrenees and the Atlantic Ocean.
Le Veritable Jurancon Sec is lively, fruity and dry in style with tangerine and lemon aromas. Elegant notes of ripe apple are followed by a long finish. Excellent as an aperitif but also delicious paired with seafood, spicy foods, cheese and tapas dishes.
