From French artisan brewery La Choulette comes Sans Culotte, a pale ale that is a little stronger than most. Golden-yellow with a generous white head, it reveals aromas of caramel spice, yeast, fruit and honey. On the palate there are flavours of herbs, spice, yeast, fruit and caramel. Oily in texture and slightly sparkling, it gives a slightly bitter finish with a soft acidity. Crisp light and refreshing.
