Mild spicy cherry notes and crunchy dark fruit on the palate, characteristic of a high altitude wine, alongside with mineral notes and a rich texture with a sweet vanilla finish. Balanced acidity and soft tannins. Fresh, fruity, easy to drink and a wonderful pairing to roasted or grilled meats, game or tapas.
