2021 Domaine Gayda Collection Grenache Rouge

Domaine Gayda was built in 1749 as a Staging Post for travellers where horses were refreshed and changed. In 2004, current owners Tim Ford and Anthony Record joined forces with winemaker Vincent Chansault, creating the modern face of wine from the region. In the largest wine region of the world, Domaine Gayda strives to create wine with provenance and a sense of “being” that is a true reflection of the quality and diversity of the Languedoc Roussillon.

Domaine Gayda's 'Collection' range champion the varietal wines and the magnificent diversity of “terroirs” present throughout the Languedoc. This 100% grenache has an explosive red fruit profile with moderate grippy tannins, surprising acidity and an elegance and impressive longevity on the finish. This is a serious Grenache, with a purity of fruit and concentration. Shows real richness and depth whilst keeping the lively fruit expression synonymous with this varietal.
