Made by two Brits abroad who decided to resurrect an ancient vineyard - and give themselves a considerable lifestyle upgrade at the same time! A blend of a number of traditional Languedoc red varitals including Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Cinsault. Aromas of ripe black and red fruits including cherries and red plums. On the palate, in addition to the black and red fruits, there is a complex flavour of spice and minerals underpinned by an enticing freshness. An excellent pairing with grilled meats or pasta dishes.
