2024 Jean Didier Grande Reserve Colombard-Ugni
Crisp and zesty Southern French white with tropical aromas and a soft finish. Refreshing and thirst-quenching. A crisp, utterly delicious and very moreish green zesty fruit and pungent, almost Sauvignon-Blanc style intensity.
2024 Gayda Flying Solo Blanc Grenache Blanc/Viognier
Made from 85% Grenache Blanc, 15% Viognier from vineyards in Minervois with Limestone terraces with clay. Brilliant pale yellow colour with silver highlights. The nose opens with fresh aromas of pear and white flowers such as almond blossom. The palate is ripe and generous, with flavours of pearand white peach, underpinned by delicate acidity. It finishes is slightly bitter, with hints of grapefruit zest, offering freshness and balance.

2023 Ravanes L'Ibis Blanc
Made from a blend of Grenache Blanc combined with Colombard and Petit Manseng. Clear pale colour and nose of grapefruit and Mirabelle plum with thiol notes and a concert of white flowers (acacia, hawthorn, elderberry).
2024 Mont Rocher Viognier
A delicious aromatic Viognier produces its aromas at a certain stage of maturation. Post-harvest the grapes undergo a short skin-contact maceration. Then, the juice, after a delicate pressing and meticulous off-settling, ferments at low temperature. Aromatic with characteristic exotic stone fruit and honeysuckle, rich yet refreshingly dry.
2024 Picpoul de Pinet Les Flamants
A crisp, zesty French white wine from Languedoc, known for its bright acidity, offering aromas of lemon, lime, green apple, and florals, with a palate of citrus and minerality. It's a refreshing, light-bodied style from the coastal region, reflecting the terroir with its clean, saline finish.
2024 Gayda Sphere Chardonnay
A sparkling pale yellow colour with green highlights, heralding freshness and elegance. On the nose, an explosion of fresh citrus scents, including lemon, mixed with orange blossom and a touch of passion fruit, create an intoxicating and refined sensation. On the palate, maturing on the lees and in barrel produces a silky texture, underpinned by delicate aromas of vanilla pod and cherry blossom and a lovely freshness. An elegant finish, marked by notes of fresh almond, prolongs the tasting with an exotic sweetness.
