2025 Domaine Tremblay Chablis

A classic wine made with the famous Chardonnay grape. Superb, refreshing, clean dry white wine from the medal winning producer Gerard Tremblay.

Chablis has set the rhythm of life for the Tremblay family from one generation to the next. Guardians of tradition and with a great love for wine, Gerard & Vincent Tremblay farm over 30 ha of vineyard and produce wines from 4 different AOC Chablis appellations. Their wines are made with great care, a lot of love and a real attention for detail. These vines planted on Kimmeridgean Clay and after harvesting are fermented in stainless steel vats.

Tastng note: A lovely clean and linear example of Chablis. Notes of subtle apple and pear balance the slight appearance of hazelnut and yeasty undertones.
