A superb red from South-West France. This wine is a blend from local varieties growing on old vines; from some of the best vineyards in the Roussillon, this delightful fruity red wine is created from a field blend of native varietals, usually comprising Carignan, Caladoc and Marselan or Grenache Noir. The soils are composed of clay and silt.
A traditional red wine fermentation in stainless steel without carbonic maceration.
Tasting Note: Bright red with cherry and plum-coloured highlights. Velvety flavours of blackcurrant and spice and a hint of liquorice.
