Kroon is planted with the 115 and 777 clones on iron-rich red clay soils at Iona and often has
a slightly ferrous undertone. Notes of earth and beetroot are complemented by red cherry
and wild strawberry fruit, stylish 25% new French oak, textured tannins and a waft of tomato
leaf. Needs a little more time in bottle. 2027-35
