This is an elegant blend of 65% Bacchus, 30% Pinot Gris & 5% Chardonnay.

Unlike varietal Bacchus wines, this wine has added complexity. The Pinot Gris brings a floral bouquet that lifts the wine aromatically, whilst the Chardonnay gives a structured backbone and length, both whilst not detracting from the distinctive Bacchus character.

Opens with aromas of white peach and bright citrus, woven with elderflower and spring blossom. Fresh and luminous on the palate , the wine unfolds with a gentle, mouth-watering texture, finishing long, balanced and effortlessly elegant.

Food pairing: Aromatically focused, pair with delicately spiced seafood, fresh salads, sushi, Asian-style white meat dishes and creamy goats style cheeses.
