Grape Variety: Chardonnay
Bright white with a soft, full-bodied texture. The bouquet reveals citrus and floral aromas, complemented by hints of butter, mango, and yellow plum on vanilla. On the palate, it is harmonious, well-defined by freshness, with enhanced flavors and a long, elegant finish.
Grown on hilly, calcareous-chalky soils at 250–400 m altitude, the hand-harvested grapes are destemmed, crushed, and lightly pressed. After natural sedimentation, selected yeasts drive fermentation in stainless steel before finishing in oak barrels. The wine spends 2–3 months on lees with weekly bâtonnage and 8–12 months in bottle.
