A smooth supple red wine from the Côtes du Roussillon Villages where this vineyard is located near Tautavel, between the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees Mountains.
A blend of Syrah/Grenache/Carignan. Whole bunch vinified with very little human interaction. No added sulphites. Aromatic on the nose, intense fruity sensation on the palate.
Perfect with Toulouse sausages.
