The Claude Vialade winery is family-run and is based in the Cotes-Catalanes area in the Languedoc.
This white wine is a blend of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes are harvested at night to keep the freshness in the fruit. Fruity character with flavours of citrus, peach, lychee and some floral notes.
