A blend of 62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Shiraz and 6% Petit Verdot. The wine was matured for 18 months in tank with a small percentage of the wine spending a short time in French oak.
This wine shows dark fruit aromas with a pretty hint of plum and violets. The palate is generous, juicy with fine, velvety Petit Verdot tannins providing a delicious lingering finish. A great food wine.
