Wines on Tasting in Church Street 01.07.16

01 July 2016

Let's get quaffing for the weekend. With all the ups and downs of the past week the Church street team think that some easy drinking great value wine is the way to go. Why not go for a half and half case to get 20% off these great gluggers.

2014 Domaine Cambos Cote de Gascogne Colombard Sauvignon : A delicious blend from the south of France that truly punches above it's weight for the price. The wine has a pale yellow colour to it, with pronounced aromas of citrus, green apples and white flowers. On the palate you get citrus and ripe fruit with a refreshing acidity.
£7.99 (£6.39p/b in a mixed case of 12).

2014 Domaine Chamfort Les Patis Vin De Pays De Vaucluse: A medium bodied red from the Southern Rhone made up of 50% Syrah and 50% Grenache. Unlike some Southern Rhone styles this wine has an elegance and refreshing note more associated with the northern wines, whilst still packing in a spicy gamey note. Just the thing for these lovely summer evenings we're having!
£9.99 (£7.99 p/b in a mixed case of 12).
