This weekend we are excited to taste these 2 new arrivals:
2015 Domaine Aumonier Touraine Sauvignon Blanc
Bright yellow colour with a golden reflection. Intense and complex nose, with aromas of white fruits, citrus fruits and exotic notes. Well balanced, allowing it to develop a fruity charm. Ideally suited to salads and fish as well as goat's cheese or cooked shrimp with ginger.
The last vintage was amazing and this delicious Sauvignon was our best seller, so be quick to buy before it goes!
£11.99/btl,
Mix 6 £10.19
Mix 12 £9.59!
2013 Kaesler 'Stonehorse' Grenache/Shiraz
Grenache contributes vibrant fruit and softness, Shiraz provides palate depth and aromatic spice. Blue and black fruits of blueberries and blackcurrant, fresh violet floral aromas on the nose. Savoury notes and pepper spice, fresh rhubarb and fleshy fruit characters. Fine tannin and balanced acidity create length on the palate.
''The Stonehorse wines are full of character like the teams of Clydesdale horses that used to work the heavy clay soil at the Kaesler vineyard, long before tractors were invented. This wine reflects this history well, with Grenache grapes sourced from plantings originating from 1930.''
£17.99/btl,
Mix 6 £15.29
Mix 12 £14.39!
See you over the weekend!
