Wine tasting this week end 08/04/17 and introduction of Gregory the new manger.
08 April 2017
Little intro of myself. Originally from the south of France, Languedoc, I was born in Montpellier and straight away immersed in wine as my dad had a vineyard that was sold in 1999. My love for wine is inevitably in my blood. I also worked at Robertson winery in South Africa in 2004 where I discovered that good wine are not only in France and wanted to try more.
My favourites grapes are, coming from Languedoc, Syrah for the red, Chenin and some others, and Blanc de Noir for the Bubbly. I’m delighted to work in Weybridge and look forward to meeting the community from there, and also very happy to represent the vine king which has fantastic lines of unknown wines.

Even if the weather gave a lot of worries to the producer, they arrived, with a lot of work and the gamble to harvest end of September, to give us a superb et elegant Sauvignon blanc, which will delight you palate especially with this weather. Citrus and exotic fruits will definitely give satisfaction to all of you who are thirsty. 13%abv
