An old favourite of mine is the Felino Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 from Argentina made by the one and only Paul Hobbs, previously the winemaker at the iconic Opus One in California so he knows a thing or two about producing great Cabernet. The altitude at which the grapes are grown helps to create a freshness in these wines while still offering cassis fruit, spice, ripe, velvety tannins and a persistent finish.Comments will be approved before showing up.
