Get your diaries out!

It’s time to launch our events calendar for the next six months. Diaries at the ready everyone because it’s a cracking line-up and email frank@thevineking.com to secure bookings.

April 8th : The Vineking Celebration of Gin – last few spaces! 25+ gins on tasting, tonics too and food available from Salted Events. We only have few places left so call our Church Street shop on 01737 221 311 to book. £20pp

April 16th Arundel Brewery come to West Road! The guys from Arundel Brewery are joining us at our Reigate, West Road shop all day, serving beers and showing off their range. They’ll even have growlers so you can take home their draft beers and enjoy them all weekend.

April 23rd Booze and Bangers! We’re teaming up with Blue Cow butchers to kick start the summer BBQ season (we’re British of course we can be optimistic about when summer starts!). 10-4pm at our Reigate, West Road Shop.

May 20th : Reigate Summer Tasting – 150 wines in one room? Don’t mind if we do! This is our traditional portfolio tasting for the months ahead. Come and try our new ranges along with some old favourites in new vintages and be the first to know (and buy) what’s coming into the shop. £15pp.

June 10th - East Molesey Galician night - Dinner with Jaime from Just Galicia. Hosted in our East Molesey branch we’re excited to have Jaime joining us to show off his fabulous range from Northern Spain, paired with a special menu developed by Max from Salted Events. £70pp.

June 17th – Kevin Judd Winemaker’s Dinner, Reigate. Yes, the Kevin Judd former Cloudy Bay winemaker, now making his sublime Greywacke range will be joining us for what promises to be a truly epic evening. Hosted at the Old Reigations Rugby Club, Kevin will present his fabulous wines during a four course meal specifically paired to the range by Max from Salted Events.

June 29th - 2nd Champagne and Lobster night Reigate. Back by popular demand! We couldn’t resist adding another night because it’s been so popular. All wines will be Champagne all the dishes are Lobster! £75pp

June 30th – Introduction to Classic Cocktails. The first evening in our series of cocktail masterclasses. Lead by our in-house mixologist and spirts obsessive Rebecca, we'll take you on a tasting tour of classic cocktails, the science behind them and how to make them taste fantastic every time. £35pp 

July 21st – Introduction to Rum Cocktails. The Second evening in our series of cocktail masterclasses, this time exploring all things rum. It helped cure scurvy and kept the British Navy running (relatively) smoothly. £35pp. 

August 11th – Introduction to Gin Cocktails. Our final dip into cocktails (for now!) this time, building cocktails with gin. Fast becoming the nation’s favourite spirit once again this class will show how it can be so much more than a Martini or G&T. £35pp.
