2025 Gayda Sphere Chardonnay

The ‘Gayda-Sphère’ range captures the heart and soul of the diverse terroirs present throughout the Languedoc. From land and sea to hill and valley, the Gayda-Sphère wines embrace both tradition and innovation to show the true essence of the grape varietal.

From Minervois (Plateau calcaire / Limestone plateau) and Pneumatic Press – Cold Settling – 20% fermentation in one year Oak barrels and 80% fermentation in stainless steel vats between 14°C and 16°C.

Tasting Note: A sparkling pale yellow colour with green highlights, heralding freshness and elegance. On the nose, an explosion of fresh citrus scents, including lemon, mixed with orange blossom and a touch of passion fruit, create an intoxicating and refined sensation. On the palate, maturing on the lees and in barrel produces a silky texture, underpinned by delicate aromas of vanilla pod and cherry blossom and a lovely freshness. An elegant finish, marked by notes of fresh almond, prolongs the tasting with an exotic sweetness.
