The Sensale brand was born in 2014, with the aim of selecting the best vineyards and the best grapes from the suppliers of Cantine Europa, to produce the best wines that the area could offer. The Sensale Grillo is a fantastic little wine that punches above its price tag. On the nose, citrus notes intermingled with floral elements. It's a well balanced wine, sapid and fruity at the same time, giving the palate a full-bodied and persistent taste. Perfect with chicken, asparagus risotto and traditional Mediterranean fish dishes.
