However, this has changed in recent years, with young producers starting to develop some high-quality wines – including the ones we’ve included here in our range of Sicilian wines.
The long, hot summers of Sicily make the island particularly suitable for red grapes, including both international varieties such as syrah alongside native grapes like nerello mascalese.
