The Zagreus Santimenti Mavrud is a natural, organic red wine from Bulgaria's made from 100% Mavrud grapes in organic and natural winemaking methods.
It is a pure and powerful wine, aged in stainless steel without oak with wild fermentation, with minimal sulfites added at bottling.
Tasting note: Notes of ripe black cherry, blackberry, and plum, with a hint of spice and liquorice. Its natural character shines through with vibrant acidity and ripe tannins, making it a great pairing for grilled meats like lamb or duck, BBQ, and hearty tomato-based dishes.
