Medium ruby red in colour, with a fragrant bouquet of red berries, gentle spice and subtle volcanic ash. The palate is fresh and elegant, showing soft, well-integrated tannins and a savoury, mineral-driven finish.

Made from 100% Nerello Mascalese grown on Etna’s volcanic slopes, the wine matures through a dual process: 50% aged 12 months in stainless steel to preserve freshness and 50% in oak barrels for added depth, followed by 12 months in bottle.
