A complex, full-bodied red with layered aromas of sour cherries, forest fruits, and subtle vanilla. The palate is caressing and spicy, supported by firm yet graceful tannins, delivering depth, richness, and balance.
Hand-harvested Nero d’Avola and Syrah grapes macerate on skins for 15–20 days. The wine matures for 12 months in 110 hl steel-French oak casks, followed by at least 13 months in bottle, allowing aromas and structure to integrate fully.
A thoughtful, terroir-driven blend that transcends its varietals — combining elegance, spice, and richness with meticulous aging to achieve a harmonious, expressive wine.
