----------------------------------------
Château Reynier is located in the Entre-Deux-Mers appellation and dates back to the fifteenth century. Since 1901 the Lurton family have been custodians of this historic estate. The property is now run by Marc Lurton, the fourth generation, who alongside his daughter Pauline, is committed to combining traditional and modern winemaking techniques to produce wines which are excellent value and great quality examples of Bordeaux varieties.
A 50/50 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Grapes are rigorously selected at harvest, with each variety and plot vinified separately to preserve site expression and quality. The wine is then aged for 12 months in oak barrels in limestone cellars. Rich blackcurrant and plum aromas with subtle hints of spice and vanilla. On the palate, it reveals a smooth texture with well-integrated tannins, showcasing flavours of ripe dark fruits, cocoa, and a touch of oak. The finish is long and elegant.
