High quality and attention to detail are the aims at Champagne Pierre Mignon, a family-owned estate in Le Breuil, part of the Marne Valley. With a history that stretches back over several generations, the estate now encompasses 14 hectares of vineyards at several sites around the Marne Valley, Épernay and Côte des Blancs, growing classic pinot meunier, chardonnay and pinot noir grapes.
With Jean-Charles Mignon now at the helm, all the company’s wines are produced in their own cellars, following a strictly controlled process. This stretches from the rigorous grape selection process through a closely monitored settling stage and finally a well-honed fermentation method. This production process reduces the need for filtration and helps to extract the best flavour from the fruits.
The finished Champagnes are known for their fresh and vibrant character tempered by an attractive soft and creamy mousse.
