2024 Pian Delle Querci Rosso di Montalcino

Intense ruby red in colour, with layered aromas of clove, liquorice, and ripe fruit. The palate is dry, savoury, and vinous, with good structure and balance, leading to a persistent, satisfying finish.

Vinified with medium-length maceration on the skins and frequent pump-overs in the early stages of fermentation. Aged for eight months in new 50hl medium-toasted Slavonian oak barrels to refine depth and complexity.

Often referred to as a “Baby Brunello,” this wine delivers the character and style of Tuscany’s iconic reds in a more approachable, early-drinking expression.
