2025 Domaine la Sarabande Pig Wines Orange Swine

Paul and Isla Gordon are a dynamic wine couple based in the Faugéres appellation in the South of France. Paul is an Australian vigneron who honed his winemaking skills in the vineyards of New Zealand. Isla, brings her knowledge and commitment to quality grape growing which was learned during several years of working with some of the best viticulturists in New Zealand.

The wine is a blend of 50% Marsanne 50% Roussanne which are fermented separately.

Tasting Note: Orange marmalade, herbal nuances and stunning dry, yet mouth filling palate. 

Food pairing: Think Lobster bisque, Bouillabaisse or just classic fish ‘n’ chips with mushy peas and tartare sauce.
