2025 Gayda Sphere Viognier

From Limestone vineyards, Wine making:

Cold skin maceration for the schist plots for 48 hours before pressing. Pneumatic pressing, Cold settling - Fermentation in vats between 12°C and 18°C and aged 6 months on fine lees before blending and bottling.

Tasting Note: An intense, opalescent golden colour with silver highlights which immediately catches the eye. The nose reveals aromas of dried apricot and orange zest, adding a lovely freshness. On the palate it is gourmand with a citrus attack of mainly blood orange, before ending with a refreshing finish, marked by vegetal notes of liquorice and a mineral touch that prolongs the tasting.
