2023 Capoforte Primitivo Salento

Deep ruby red in colour. The bouquet opens with abundant wild red berries, dark cherry, and plum, layered with subtle tobacco leaf and roasted espresso notes, finishing with delicate hints of vanilla and cocoa powder. On the palate, it is full-bodied and superbly structured, velvety and rounded, with fine-grained tannins and balanced acidity. Rich yet fresh, with a lingering, harmonious finish.

Carefully matured in a combination of stainless steel and oak barrels to preserve freshness while enhancing structure, complexity, and aromatic depth.
