Lallier

Located in Champagne · France

Between the Marne River and the Southern slopes of the ‘Montagne de Reims’, Domaine Lallier’s vineyards cover just over 15 hectares of vines, most of which are Grand Cru and located in the Aÿ region. Nurtured through sustainable viticulture methods, these vineyards account for 40% of Lallier’s total supply, offering Lallier’s two exclusive grape varieties, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

Rooted in Aÿ, in the heart of Champagne’s legendary Grand Cru region, the Lallier story begins with one family’s philosophy: a sincere respect for nature, and an unwavering curiosity toward the singularity it can bring each year.

Champagne Lallier calls home to two complementary locations in iconic Grand Crus region: the first in Aÿ, which houses our aging cellar, and the second in Oger, Côte des Blancs, where the Maison’s contemporary production facilities are held. Each location compliments the other, marrying aged old techniques with creative innovation.

We’ve always believed that the terroir’s greatest potential is revealed through the unique perspectives of our people. Under the stewardship of acclaimed Cellar Master and General Manager Dominique Demarville, the Lallier team brings heart, formidable knowledge of the terroir and multigenerational craftsmanship to every bottle, adapted over time to create a more eco-responsible legacy.
