The Hilltop Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of 99% Cabernet Sauvignon, 0.7% Petit Verdot and 0.3% Malbec. The wine has spent 18 months maturing in French Oak. This lush Cabernet shows splendid ripe fruit, cocoa powder and graphite on the nose. The palate comes across dense, chalky and soft, with layers of black currant, mineral, and notes of toasted pastry.
