In Chile’s Valle Central region, at the foot of the Andes, El Chivo’s vineyards sprawl over 114,000 hectares of varied terrain, with clay, chalk, sandy and stony soils providing a great foundation for a mix of native grape varieties. These are balanced and easy-drinking wines with a touch of good humour – on the label you’ll see the vineyard’s goat logo, inspired by the Chilean saying ‘stubborn like a goat’.
