Boon prepares this lovely brew by mixing old and young lambic beer. These lambic beers have been maturing on oaken barrels for many months. The Boon brewery guarantees the use of fresh and real cherries. Boon Kriek contains water, barley malt, yeast, sugar, sweetener and 25% cherries.
