NV Hosmer Winery Blanc de Noirs Finger Lakes

Hosmer Winery sits on the western shore of Cayuga Lake in the Finger Lakes region of New York. It was established in the 1930's and is comprised of the nearly 70 acres of vineyard. The grapes grown here include Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Lemberger, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Riesling, and Sauvignon Blanc, among several other natives and hybrids.

Produced using the traditional method technique (the same method used in Champagne), involving a secondary fermentation that occurs in each bottle. Made from 100% Pinot Noir.
