2021 Nouvelle Vague Rouge Take Off

In the early 2000’s Gregory Hecht & Francois Bannier started a boutique winery in the south of France. Because of their fresh new approach to winemaking, they were quickly seen as La Nouvelle Vague, (the "new wave") in such an ancient and traditional region.

Nouvelle Vague rouge Take off comes from a plot of organic Syrah. Harvested early to maintain the grape freshness and cold fermentation with very little extraction to let express all the aromatic potential of Syrah. An enjoyable, fruity and crunchy wine without added sulphites. A very beautiful expression of Mediterranean Syrah.
