2020 Domaine Belleville Rully La Cree

Domaine Belleville was created in Rully at the beginning of the 20th century in the heart of winemaking Burgundy. With 22 hectares of vineyards spread out from North to South Burgundy, this estate offers a range of wines, which are all supremely drinkable and balanced, sharing a fabulous and rare mix of a fruit-forward style backed by classic Burgundy minerality.

'La Crée' refers to a stony slope, with this vineyard located to the east of the village of Rully. Produced from five subplots of varying ages and orientations. The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels, 25% in new oak.

A fat and rich Burgundy with good complexity. Toasty, buttery and a lively acidity.
