Holden Manz Wine Estate, known as Franschhoek's hidden gem, is located in the southernmost corner of the stunningly beautiful Franschhoek Valley.
Nose shows prune juice, raspberries, cherries, mulberry, cigar box, white peppercorns and strawberry sherbet. Beautiful ripe, soft and silky tannins with good balance and a lingering finish. Cassis, ripe raspberries, tobacco, herbaceous notes and graphite are prominent. Pair with slow cooked lamb stew or your favourite pizza/pasta dish.
