Maxime Trijol VSOP Grand Champagne

In 1954, Maxime Trijol became a wine and brandy broker and became a professional distiller in 1962. In 1972, Jean-Jacques Trijol took over from his father. In 2013, his two daughters, Anne-Sophie and Pauline joined him in running the property and its 22 stills. They believe in finding the right balance between tradition and modern techniques, refreshing considering so many properties of this style refuse to change at all!
Made exclusively with Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie - the finest cru in the Cognac region. This includes a good amount of cognacs aged for between 10 and 20 years, and the average age is rumoured to be as much as 15 years!
