Tasting note: A very elegant, fresh and crisp Assyrtiko with fine acidity, notes of orange blossom, jasmine, ginger, alongside pronounced and long lasting minerality. On the nose, this Assyrtiko shows bergamot fruit and a slight zest of orange, as well as elegant minerality. On the palate you focus on an enchanting interplay of lively acidity and salty minerality.
