2024 Domaine Seve Macon Solutre Pouilly

This seven-hectare property lies on the steep slopes overlooking Solutré, one of the finest of all the Mâcon villages and the very core of the appellation. 
Antoine and Mathilde Sève, the current (and fifth) generation, apply rigorous standards in the vineyard and the cellar, following similar ideologies and production methods as seen at the top estates in the Côte de Beaune.

The palate is balanced with lovely notes of citrus and fresh fruits and beautiful, persistent minerality.
