The Vineking Gin No.5

This is the fifth Gin we have made in collaboration with our friends at The Gin Kitchen. Kate and the team make incredibly good spirits, with real flavours and integrity. We love that their gins come in at 48%, which means they really hold the flavours of all the botanicals. VK5 is a combination of Apple, Orange, Ginger, Star & Green Anise and Cardamon. The perfect serve would be with orange peel and sliver of ginger and our preferred tonic, the brilliant 1724 tonic.
